Brule Ventures Message Bus

The program supports one-to-one SMS replies to inquiries, support conversations, and coordination of work you request. Messages are routed between SMS and our authorized email inbox. It does not provide emergency response or bulk promotional messaging.

Enrollment and consent

Follow the instructions on the SMS program page to send an explicit opt-in email with a mobile number you control. Sending the email requests enrollment; we review it manually. You are not enrolled merely by visiting the site or opening an email draft. We will confirm your enrollment by email before starting SMS conversations.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You may use email instead. Your consent applies to the conversations described in this program, not unrelated marketing or third-party campaigns.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your inquiries and our ongoing conversation. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Contact your carrier about your plan and messaging charges.

Opt out and support

Reply STOP to the sending number to cancel SMS messages at any time. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Afterward, we will not send further program messages unless you opt in again.

Reply HELP for help or email lucien@brule.io. You can also use email to request an opt-out or to let us know that a number has changed ownership.

Availability and acceptable use

Delivery depends on carrier networks and service availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use this service for emergencies, unlawful activity, harassment, or sending confidential credentials or payment card details.

Privacy

Our privacy policy describes the information used to operate the program, service-provider processing, and your choices. We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS consent for third-party marketing.

Any separate service agreement governs the work covered by that agreement. Updated program terms will be published here with a revised effective date.
