BRULE VENTURES INC

Privacy policy

Effective September 8, 2026.

This policy explains how BRULE VENTURES INC, a Delaware corporation, handles information through brule.io and Brule Ventures Message Bus. Questions may be sent to lucien@brule.io.

Information we receive

How information is used

We use this information to answer inquiries, provide support, coordinate requested work, deliver and troubleshoot messages, manage consent and opt-outs, maintain the website, and prevent abuse. The message bus forwards inbound SMS to our authorized email inbox and routes our replies back to the sender by SMS.

Service providers and sharing

We use providers for hosting, storage, email, and SMS delivery, including Google Cloud, Google Workspace, Twilio, and SendGrid. They process the information needed to provide those services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the security of the service.

We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own use. Service providers may process that information only as needed to operate the messaging program on our behalf.

Retention and security

We retain contact details, messages, delivery records, and consent records as needed to operate the service, resolve issues, document consent, and meet applicable obligations. Access is limited to authorized operators and service providers. No storage or delivery system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

SMS message frequency varies with your inquiries and the conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to stop SMS messages. Reply HELP for help. You can also email lucien@brule.io to withdraw SMS consent, ask about your information, or request access, correction, or deletion. We may verify your identity before acting on a request. Some records may need to be retained to honor an opt-out, resolve disputes, or comply with legal requirements.

SMS participation is optional. Visiting the website, providing an email address, or purchasing a service does not by itself authorize SMS messages. See the SMS program for the consent process.

Policy updates

We will publish changes on this page and update the effective date. Questions about this policy or our data practices can be directed to lucien@brule.io.
